Manages the portfolio of suppliers and develops business relationships, in order to achieve the objectives of providing the materials and services necessary for the smooth running of production, cost reductions, taking into account an efficient price / quality ratio.

Responsible for the following categories: sheets, sensors and other electronic parts, as well as for indirect materials and services distributed by the hierarchically superior head.

It establishes the optimal strategies for the acquisition of materials and services and proposes new suppliers, after a preliminary verification of the position in the market and the standards offered by the latter.

Identifies the necessary material according to the needs resulting from the orders issued by the customers, as well as from the Acquisition Requests received from the different internal departments.

It monitors the orders necessary to ensure the optimal products and permanently aims to streamline the cost, the stock value and the time required for the purchasing activity.

Manage, approve, and send purchase orders. He is responsible for reconciling the data from the purchase orders with the data entered on the invoices / notices / other documents accompanying the goods.

Negotiate contracts and direct orders through: purchase prices, delivery conditions, payment terms.

Ensures compliance with the general rules on the procurement procedure within the company.

It analyses the price of the purchased materials in relation to the prices existing on the market and ensures the alignment of the purchase prices with the market.

It supports the overall evaluation of suppliers.

Collaborative, solution-oriented approach

Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365

Good skills to manage multiple logistical responsibilities

Willingness to manage new projects

Knowledge of the incoterms conditions, as the need to carry out imports from different regions of the world

Advanced knowledge of material stocks

Advanced operating knowledge of the Office package

Advanced knowledge of English (writing, reading, speaking).
